Peak Orthotics Manufacturing Process
First, the patient's scans are taken by the Peak Orthotics affiliated practitioner with the help of the Amfit Footfax Digitizer. The digital files are then transfered through our website.
From here, the chosen EVA foam blank is loaded into our incredibly precise CAD/CAM miller. This is where the Orthotic devices get carved exactly to the specifications of the scan taken by the associated practitioner.
Then, the ruff cut is adjusted and buffed to fit the patient’s intended footwear.
A top cover of choice is then laminated to the finalized Custom Orthotics.
