Peak Orthotics is a premium Custom Foot Orthotic manufacturer based in Fernie, BC. We were created out of the need for quality, versatile sport Orthotic products, as well as promptness of service in Western Canada.
Peak assures quality products and service by providing selected health practitioners with a state of the art Amfit 3D Contact Digitizing scanner, to properly and easily measure the undersurface of each patient‘s foot.
Peak also creates devices from foam box castings and plaster castings, that are laser scanned at our facility to create 3D digital molds.
Then, our incredibly accurate CAD/CAM miller carves out each Orthotic out of various densities of EVA foam, to create dynamic devices that are durable and work great for active applications.
Specifications and modifications are easily added through our "Correct & Confirm" medical software.
The products are then hand finished to perfection by adjusting the rough cuts to the intended footwear style and laminating them with premium top covers of choice.
